The vehicle you are driving is "not your father's Oldsmobile." In 1970 there were approximately 37 tire sizes for cars and light trucks, whereas today there are over 300 sizes. Just finding a tire that will fit or just buying the same size and not considering load and torque ratings (also referred to as speed ratings) can lead to terrible handling premature tire failure or worse.
